Job Summary
Sr. Financial Analyst responsible for budgeting, forecasting and providing valuation of strategic initiatives. Lead the monthly close, cost analysis for manufacturing, and cost improvement opportunities. Develop financial models and provide insights to plant leadership; ensure data integrity, manage journal entries, and track KPIs (waste/overtime/variance). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including plant operations to align financial targets with operational performance and company goals. Also contribute to performance reporting, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives using SAP and Power BI. CPA designation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance and Manufacturing
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as a team player
