Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst on the FSS FP&A team partners with business and finance leaders to own SG&A OpEx, with a strong focus on headcount and workforce planning. Leads budgeting, forecasting, close, and analytics for assigned BUs, delivering clear insights, accurate forecasts, and proactive risks and opportunities. Builds scalable financial models, supports adoption of new technologies (e.g., Power BI and planning tool implementations), and improves processes while fostering collaboration and inclusion. Supports digital finance initiatives across reporting, forecasting, and performance management; collaborates with Finance Transformation, IT, and Data teams to enhance FP&A tools, improve data quality, and automate processes; expands self-service analytics to better support business decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of FP&A experience
- Experience with generating management reports and SG&A budgeting/forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics tools (Power BI; SQL a plus)
- Experience with FP&A systems – NetSuite ERP, SAP ERP, SAC
