Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, pricing and margin analysis, and financial decision support across manufacturing operations; collaborates with plant leadership, Sales, and Group finance; leads month-end close activities and ad hoc analyses; builds dashboards and reporting for leadership; requires Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of analysis experience; proficient in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with ERP systems including QAD; strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred (QAD experience is a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
