Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team to partner with G&A operations, collaborate with business leaders to develop budgets and forecasts, manage operating expense forecasts, perform variance analysis, support annual planning, and drive efficiency. Responsibilities include managing monthly/quarterly reporting, preparing board-ready materials, defining and tracking KPIs, driving process improvements across the team, and providing actionable financial insights. Required skills include forecasting, budgeting, data analysis, Excel-based financial modeling and data visualization, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication for leadership and board materials. Phased emphasis on partnering with stakeholders, performance; supporting executive reporting and strategic planning insights; experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in corporate finance within a high-growth SaaS business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and data visualization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across all levels
- Experience supporting senior leadership with presentations, board materials, and strategic planning insights
- Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements in reporting or forecasting
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving
