Job Summary

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to compare performance against company plans, budgets, and metrics, proactively researching complex variances and mentoring others on the process. Own and administer budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, outlining assumptions based on macroeconomic conditions and documenting variances clearly. Support company-wide initiatives by framing ad-hoc financial and scenario-based analysis, ensuring inputs are validated and presenting conclusions to executive management. Liaise with cross-departmental stakeholders and executive management to build collaborative relationships, while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and monitoring KPIs against industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of financial planning and analysis or accounting experience

  • Advanced PC skills including Excel and Google Suite
