Sr. Financial Analyst – Global Product Cost Transformation

Job Summary
Lead key areas of the Global Product Cost transformational roadmap projects using an Agile approach, including planning, design, UAT, training, change management, implementation, and hypercare. Assess current state processes to develop future state system requirements and drive efficiencies, while interacting with leadership to present ideas and develop standardized reporting tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement master data management standards, develop user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments. Provide customer support, drive toolset utilization, and lead implementation teams to ensure timeline adherence and successful go-lives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with major in accounting, finance, IT, business administration or related
- 5 years in finance or accounting experience
- Experience/knowledge of SAP preferably in S4 Hana financial system functionality
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships
- Ability to be a change agent, using influence, education and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes
- Ability to transform existing processes and design a future state aligned with a newly envisioned operating model
- Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to ask tough questions respectfully and maintain poise when challenged by others, including leadership
- Ability to look ahead and identify potential risks/issues before they come to fruition and to recommend and plan actions accordingly
- Highly proficient personal computing skills and technology drive (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to prioritize assignments/projects, multitask within aggressive time constraints, and work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to report to Global HQ Warren, Mi three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
Desired Qualifications
- CPA
- Product Cost, Inventory Accounting, Accounts Payable, Consolidation General Ledger system or process experience
- Finance and Accounting system implementation experience
- Internal controls experience and knowledge
