Sr. Financial Analyst – FP&A (Revenue & Go-To-Market)

Job Summary
Lead revenue analysis, forecasting, and revenue waterfall builds including bookings, ARR, churn, retention, and expansion revenue. Act as the finance SME on GTM systems including HubSpot, pipeline data tracking, renewal revenue tracking, and deal mechanics. Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on pipeline contribution modeling and quota planning. Track and own key top-line SaaS metrics including Net & Gross Revenue Retention, Bookings Growth, and Pipeline Coverage for executive and board reporting. Develop and maintain financial models, templates, reports, and dynamic executive dashboards. Perform periodic customer cohort analysis to uncover growth trends, expansion drivers, and churn risks. Prepare top-line presentation materials and performance reports for leadership meetings. Ensure offline reporting reconciles seamlessly with existing system-based management reporting. Support ad hoc revenue analysis and strategic growth initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required
- concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking or financial analysis
- experience in a SaaS or Cloud software company
- High fluency with HubSpot or equivalent CRMs
- FP&A data systems (such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful, etc.)
- BI tools like PowerBI
- Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics
