Sr. Financial Analyst for reputable and growing Professional Services Firm

Sr. Financial Analyst to join a reputable regional Professional Services Firm in Downtown Los Angeles. The role supports FP&A activities for pricing strategies, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with attorneys, including responding to RFPs, defining budgets for large matters, and creating enhanced dashboards and ad-hoc reports. Key duties include overseeing matter budgets for large clients, providing data-driven insights to manage client spend and business development, producing budget-to-actual reports, developing and optimizing dashboards, conducting customized modeling and benchmarking analyses, defining pricing frameworks for litigation tasks, analyzing matter data, testing hypotheses, and contributing to process improvements. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 4 years of FP&A experience, with strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with financial or budgeting systems. The role is hybrid (1-2 days onsite) in Los Angeles, CA.
