Job Summary
Seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support leadership in month-end reporting and variance analysis, optimize forecasting, and drive value within a multi-national manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include evaluating operational productivity, forecasting revenue, preparing financial data for investments, and collaborating on annual projects. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 5 years of experience in a manufacturing organization, and expertise in navigating multiple ERPs, preferably with SAP. This role requires knowledge of Government Cost Accounting Standards and proficiency in Excel, with a focus on delivering metrics to executive leadership. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization
- Ability to navigate multiple ERPs is required
- Knowledge of Government Cost Accounting Standards or a background in Cost Accounting is preferred
- High degree of professionalism with the ability to present clear and concise presentations to executive leadership
Desired Qualifications
- CMA or MBA preferred
- SAP experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Government requirements including FAR’s and DFAR’s
- Expert level Excel experience
