Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst role supporting Polaris Financial Services’ retail financing operations and dealer floorplan programs. Responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and operational support to optimize financing initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams and external lenders to deliver actionable insights, develop dashboards/KPIs, and automate reporting using Power BI, Excel, and modern data platforms. Participates in month-end close activities, reconciliations, and internal controls, while identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial services, or related field
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI, OneStream, Alteryx or Snowflake
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
