Job Summary
The Sr Financial Analyst will consolidate monthly results from all regions into a cohesive narrative, lead revenue reporting including ASP, Price Volume Mix analysis, and prepare executive-level reporting packages (Executive Management Business Reviews, Supply Operations Package). You will analyze revenue trends and variances, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to inform leadership decisions, and work with the systems team to ensure financial data is current and properly mapped. The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and increase reporting efficiency. This position offers a front-row view into CGM technology development at Dexcom, with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package. The successful candidate will have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, be comfortable analyzing large data sets, and effectively communicate actionable insights to executives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion or similar budgeting systems
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of work
