Job Summary

Maintain a rolling view of new bookings, renewals, and expansion versus plan while partnering with Sales Operations on pipeline hygiene and stage-conversion rates. Build and maintain the monthly revenue forecast model, bridging bookings, implementation timing, contract escalators, and churn assumptions to own the actual-vs-forecast variance narrative. Track Annual Recurring Revenue and Contracted ARR, maintaining the underlying contract-level data model and building cohort and logo-retention analyses for board and investor reporting. Support the quarterly reforecast and annual operating plan with revenue build-ups by product line, customer segment, and channel. Analyze gross margin by product line, customer segment, and contract type to identify cost-to-serve drivers and margin erosion. Serve as the embedded finance voice in weekly pipeline and forecast reviews with Sales leadership, providing financial input on quota-setting, territory design, and comp plan design.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial/sales finance, revenue accounting, or investment banking

  • hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or a comparable EPM/planning tool
  • Comfort working with CRM data (Salesforce or similar) to translate pipeline detail into financial forecasts
  • Strong business partnering skills — able to translate financial concepts for Sales and Marketing stakeholders and hold a credible point of view in cross-functional discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with speed and precision, metrics-driven environment; comfort with ambiguity and evolving reporting requirements
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or CFA a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • experience preparing content for senior leadership or board-level audiences
