Job Summary
Lead the consolidation of the full P&L across monthly close, forecasts, and annual operating plans for the Cell Culture and Cell Therapy business. Own the bi-weekly revenue forecast process and drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting automation. Prepare financial analysis, reports, and presentation materials to support business reviews while partnering with vertical finance leads to generate key assumptions and drivers. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, developing new analytical tools to improve business visibility. Collaborate with business and functional leaders to promote process alignment and standardization, delivering actionable insights that drive better business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field
- Minimum of 4 years of business and finance experience
- Intellectual curiosity, versatility, & adaptability
- Strong desire to formulate and drive operational improvements and challenge the status quo
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment while managing multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, reporting, and scenario analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively summarize and present information
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and financial controls
- Skilled in effectively communicating information to various levels of management and capable of confidently expressing independent viewpoints

- Less than 10% domestic/international travel required
