Sr. Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst responsible for financial forecasting and modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, business partnering, and scenario planning. Design and orchestrate the annual budgeting process; collaborate with department heads on headcount planning and resource allocations; lead forecasting with senior leaders; update forecasts for changing conditions; develop dynamic long-range financial models covering income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Prepare dashboards and executive materials for reviews, perform deep-dive analyses explaining performance gaps, and act as a strategic advisor to business units. Conduct what-if analyses for new initiatives, pricing, or supply chain changes; deliver competitor analysis and market trends; propose process improvements; support short- and long-term strategic planning with leadership; utilize BI tools to provide insights; analyze customer activity and identify cost-savings or revenue opportunities; build business cases for investments and strategic decisions; identify risks and opportunities in outlook.
