Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- experience with SAP and HFM reporting
- strong communication and presentation skills
- ability to influence senior stakeholders
- experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- ability to work in cross-functional teams and in global manufacturing/CPG context
- strong leadership potential
- willingness to work in a hybrid remote/on-site setup in Mississauga, Canada
