Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience
  • expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • experience with SAP and HFM reporting
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • ability to work in cross-functional teams and in global manufacturing/CPG context
  • strong leadership potential
  • willingness to work in a hybrid remote/on-site setup in Mississauga, Canada
