Job Summary
Build and maintain accurate financial models to drive forecasting and planning for the GTM organization. Analyze financial performance by reviewing variances against budget and prior periods to identify key drivers and actionable insights. Partner with business stakeholders to challenge assumptions, influence decision-making, and support operational and financial goals. Prepare clear financial reports, resolve data discrepancies, and enhance reporting workflows through automation and process improvements. Ensure compliance with internal controls while documenting methodologies and conclusions for all analyses. Support ad hoc requests and experiment with AI use cases to drive efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in finance, accounting, or a related degree
- 5+ years' finance-related experience
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and data analysis
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, curious, and focused on continuous improvement
- Experience with financial systems such as Adaptive, or other similar tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or financial technology environments
- Workday Adaptive experience, including workforce modeling
- Sales or Marketing Support experience
- Salesforce experience
- Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Experience improving financial processes or implementing automation
