Job Summary
Manage the annual budgeting process and develop monthly forecasts for ASI Show and Print and Promo Marketing (PPM). Prepare actual financial results against budget and prior-year performance, conducting variance analyses with actionable recommendations. Serve as the primary finance business partner to leadership, providing insights for revenue optimization and operational performance. Complete weekly Show Bookings Reports, validate commissions, and lead Power Summit reporting with revenue tracking and reconciliations. Develop financial tools and dashboards to improve business visibility while collaborating with Accounting and Sales to ensure internal controls and process improvements. This role requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while building collaborative relationships across departments

Desired Qualifications
- Experience serving as a finance business partner supporting operational or commercial business units
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Experience with event-based revenue reporting and commission tracking
