Sr Finance Program Manager

Lead FP&A for the CAS operating unit, owning the planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes (Annual Operating Plan, monthly/quarterly forecasts, strategic plan) and standardizing processes to provide visibility and insights into financial performance. Partner with the CAS CFO and Finance to deliver data-driven insights, identify and resolve issues impacting business objectives, and drive continuous improvement. Develop and deploy annual KPI frameworks and support ad-hoc projects as needed. This role requires in-person collaboration with a minimum of four on-site days per week in Mounds View, MN, with travel of less than 10% for coordination. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is available for Principal-level roles and above; this position requires a Baccalaureate degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, and offers a salary range of $148,000–$222,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
