Job Summary
Sr Finance Manager responsible for leading accounting and finance operations across a multi-entity environment, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with FAR/CAS and other regulatory requirements, and supervising the finance team. Key duties include overseeing month-end/quarterly/annual closes, annual budgeting and forecasting, project controls and revenue recognition, maintaining accounting policies and internal controls, updating indirect rate structures in line with FAR Part 31 and applicable CAS, coordinating external audits and tax compliance, and managing relationships with banking partners and lender reporting. Preferred CPA; experience with Deltek Costpoint; strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including management responsibility
- Demonstrated experience in government contracting
- Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, GAAP, and government contract accounting requirements
- Experience managing audits, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint is essential
