Sr Finance Manager, Product FP&A

Job Summary
Drive Product FP&A by supporting roadmap prioritization based on profit contribution and engineering constraints while managing R&D OPEX and CAPEX budgets for multiple product pillars. Lead regular cost reduction, headcount, and budget reviews to ensure alignment with company strategy, and support corporate forecasting for R&D/product spend through executive forecast and budget vs. actuals presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally to create Investment Business Cases for new products and strategic initiatives, leveraging AI to streamline ad-hoc analysis and reporting. Work onsite four days a week (Tuesday–Friday) in Seattle, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Atlanta, Boston, NYC, or Sterling. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting and seven years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics in a dynamic environment, supporting both financial and operational decision makers
- Proven track record of owning projects and driving their completion cross-functionally
- Experience driving process improvements focused on quality, timeliness and improved efficiency
- Ability to working independently with concern for quality and deadlines
- Data analysis and dynamic scenario modeling with emphasis on researching and validating modeling inputs and assumptions and ensuring their alignment with operational models and strategic goals
- Technology/software/SaaS industry experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial business leaders
- Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Location: Onsite 4x/week (Tuesday-Friday) at an Axon Hub (Seattle, San Francisco-Presidio, Scottsdale, Atlanta, Boston, NYC, Sterling)
- Some roles may also require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment
