Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager role in Fremont, CA or Mesa, AZ, partnering with BU leadership to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across manufacturing finance, pricing, investments, and profitability improvement. Responsibilities include leading budgeting/forecasting, developing financial models and scenarios, monitoring costs and working capital, driving cost-reduction initiatives, and delivering KPI dashboards and management reporting. Requires deep manufacturing finance experience in solar/renewable energy, strong modeling and forecasting skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; experience with Power BI/Tableau and AI-enabled analytics is valued. Provides global scope with collaboration across operations, supply chain, and senior leadership, and offers competitive compensation aligned with market location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing finance, FP&A, or business unit finance in solar/renewable energy
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and cost management in global environment
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP or similar)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, AI-enabled analytics, or digital finance transformation
- MBA preferred; CPA, CMA, CFA or equivalent certification is a plus
