Job Summary
Sr Finance Manager - Manufacturing Operations responsible for leading manufacturing finance activities, owning P&L and balance sheet, cost accounting, production cost control, inventory controls, and evaluating financial and operational strategies to drive cost, quality, and profitability. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insight, supports continuous improvement, and leads teams on projects of low to moderate complexity with strong communication and leadership. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills, with ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across site/region and supply-chain processes.
Required Qualifications
- Finance degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Finance and Manufacturing Operations
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Finance and Manufacturing Operations
