Sr. Finance Director, SD Concerts

Job Summary
Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning while optimizing ERP systems and workflows to enhance data quality and efficiency. Prepare executive reporting packages, internal dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making, investment decisions, and resource allocation across SD Concerts. Oversee cash flow planning, consolidate P&L activity, and deliver variance analysis to senior leadership, ensuring strong financial controls and accurate reporting. Mentor finance team members and implement process improvements to strengthen the financial infrastructure. Requires 10+ years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and data modeling experience
- ERP experience, preferably Oracle, but equivalent is sufficient
- Ability to work flexible hours in support of the business
- Detail oriented, with a desire to understand every aspect of the business
- Ability to interact with senior executives and management
- Ability to solve problems by gathering information, discussing options and making recommendations
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; written and verbal
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and effectively meet critical deadlines
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be an advanced user with experience linking multiple worksheets and external databases, using pivot tables, and writing nested functions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in applying these skills to resolve operational performance problems is a plus
- Experience with data mining and/or statistical analysis tools (Business Objects, BPC, etc.) is a plus
