Sr Finance Analyst FP&A

Job Summary
Conduct detailed financial modeling and variance analysis for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products within SAP. Monitor material standard costs, validate purchase prices, and analyze quarterly CPU forecast activity alongside plant fixed and variable costs. Support the Regional Ops FP&A lead on transportation and warehouse spend analysis, while proactively identifying cost trends and issues. Deliver supply chain and sourcing cost reports, prepare weekly and monthly insights for leadership, and manage inventory write-offs, disposals, and material yield analysis. Analyze manufacturing costs in PowerBI/Onestream/Tableau and respond to ad-hoc requests from on-shore teams.
Required Qualifications
- Detailed analysis of Raw material costs, Semi-finished Products & Finished products in SAP
- Monitor and review material standard costs and validate the purchase prices provided by sourcing
- Perform validation of Quarterly CPU forecast activity
- Monitor and analyze the plant fixed and variable costs on a monthly basis
- Provide explanation on those variances
- Support on Transportation & Warehouse spend analysis
- Provide various reporting activities
- Proactively identify, analyze and communicate cost trends and issues affecting the business
- Support Team Lead on various reports
- Monthly Results / Cost Absorption / OU and Recap / productivity targets/actuals
- Inventory write-off / disposals control
- Material yield analysis
- SMOG (Slow moving Obsolete Goods) review + actions
- Answer Costing questions & adhoc requests with a detailed explanation
- Deliver Supply Chain and Sourcing Cost Reports
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly reports
- Provide insights to monitor and control costs
- Prepare and analyze the KPI slides for Supply Chain leadership
- Deliver ad-hoc requests from On-shore teams
- Analyze manufacturing costs reports in PowerBI/Onestream/Tableau
- Review performance reporting metrics and various KPIs in PowerBI/Onestream/Tableau for SC finance teams
