Sr. Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end solutioning for Finacle Core Banking implementations, including requirement analysis, functional design, gap analysis, and solution architecture. Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical needs. Configure and customize Finacle modules, develop custom solutions using Finacle Scripting and Oracle PL/SQL, and design API integrations between Finacle and enterprise applications. Monitor batch jobs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure successful delivery of SIT, UAT, and post-production stabilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, QA, and Operations to achieve project milestones within Agile ceremonies. Ensure proper documentation of functional specifications and technical designs while adhering to banking standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Finacle Core Banking implementations and support
- Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Scripting
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL
- Extensive experience in Finacle customization and development

- Production Support
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional consulting
- Strong understanding of Finacle architecture and customization framework
- Experience working with enterprise banking integrations and interfaces
- Knowledge of SDLC, software engineering best practices, and Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong functional understanding of the following Finacle modules: CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
- Strong functional understanding of the following Finacle modules: Term Deposits (TD)
- Strong functional understanding of the following Finacle modules: Loans
- Strong functional understanding of the following Finacle modules: Customer Management
- Strong functional understanding of the following Finacle modules: Core Banking Operations
- Strong techno-functional consulting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to conduct requirement workshops with business users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience managing delivery milestones and implementation timelines
