Sr. Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, and vendor equipment at customer locations within your assigned geography. Transport, install, remove, and fix assigned machinery while documenting travel, labor, and parts usage via handheld device. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after each service call, maintaining accurate parts inventory and a safe vehicle. Travel to customer sites, interact with clients and management, and attend assigned meetings. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to vehicle policies. Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects and assisting associates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- 2-4 years' experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire
- 1-2 years beverage service technician (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience
- Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications certification within first year
- Ability to complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hire
