Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, vendors, and payment systems at customer locations within your assigned geography. Transport, install, remove, and fix equipment as scheduled by your dispatcher or proactively generated. Document travel, labor, and materials usage via handheld device, maintaining accurate parts inventory and a clean, organized vehicle. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after each service call. Schedule is 11:30am-8:00pm Sunday through Thursday. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and 2-4 years of appliance repair experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- 2-4 years' experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire
- 1-2 years beverage service technician (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience
- Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications certification within first year
- Ability to complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hire
