Job Summary
Sr. Field Service Technician who diagnoses and repairs multifaceted Coca-Cola beverage equipment (fountain dispensers, coolers, vendors, payment systems, and related equipment) across assigned geography, travels to customer sites, installs/removes equipment as needed, maintains parts inventory ($30–$35K est. value), documents activity via handheld device, and collaborates with dispatch, management, and customers. Requires high school diploma, 2–4 years appliance diagnosis/repair experience, 1–2 years beverage-service experience preferred, SAP CONA/Microsoft Outlook/PDF proficiency, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; certifications (e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) to be completed within 1 year, plus pre-employment screening.”,
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred
- 2-4 years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required
- 1-2 years beverage service technician (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with others
- Complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within first year
- Complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hire
- Pre-employment screening including criminal background check and drug screening
