Job Summary
Provide on-site maintenance and repair services for printing equipment, diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventative maintenance, then install, configure, and calibrate machines for optimal performance. Collaborate directly with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and support while adapting to various client environments. This role supports Konica Minolta's 20th anniversary in production print and its leadership in digital commercial printing through the bizhub brand.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing printing machinery
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with a range of printing technologies and systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various client environments
