Job Summary
Senior field service technician responsible for preventing maintenance, start-ups, and repairs on generators and genset systems including automatic transfer switches, diesel and gaseous engines; lead on-site work, manage project timelines, prepare work estimates, and perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and data recording while maintaining safety, documentation, and customer training. Travel required (60-80%). Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; role emphasizes strong electronics, engine controls, and field-service competencies; bilingual Spanish skills and extensive mechanical/electrical knowledge are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two years mechanical or technical trade school and 5 years field service with mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience; or 7 years field service experience.
