Job Summary
Senior field service leader responsible for planning, leading, and managing RenewableWorks client portfolio, overseeing EPC and BESS service, and providing direct, client-facing field leadership across renewable energy projects. Travel up to 50% to project sites and customer meetings. Acts as primary point of contact for key clients and field teams, ensures safety, quality, and OSHA compliance, and drives operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration, KPI monitoring, and performance standards. Mentors field service teams, coordinates HR/workforce matters, and uses strong communication to retain customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and field experience
- OSHA 30
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3+ years in leadership or multi-team management role
- 5 to 7 years of proven success in complex supervision in a solar/construction project setting
