Sr. Field Clinical Engineer

Senior Field Clinical Engineer acts as the senior technical and clinical liaison between physicians and Globus Medical, spanning clinical research, product development, field technical services, and training. Responsibilities include IDE clinical trials, feasibility studies, post-market studies, technical troubleshooting, and providing structured feedback for device usage and design iterations. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Product Development to ensure clinical support and patient safety; mentors junior Field Clinical Engineers. Essential activities encompass clinical site selection and training, coordinating field research, investigator recruitment, study site support, data collection, clinical testing of new products, and dissemination of findings through abstracts and manuscripts. Travel up to 50–70% is required; duties include field device programming support, field education, and cross-functional collaboration to advance clinical programs while adhering to regulatory and company standards.
