Job Summary
Establish and optimize the IE database for time studies, line balance, and human configuration; design production line layouts, material flows, and ready line setup schedules to meet timelines. Analyze production capacity, forecast equipment and fixture demands, and manage machine and direct labor utilization metrics to drive performance improvements. Support NPI efforts by optimizing layouts and material flows, pushing process improvements and station balance to achieve target UPH and HC configurations. Apply IE methods and tools to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Requires 5+ years of IE experience, strong English proficiency, Auto CAD skills, and lean improvement expertise. Located in Zhuhai.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years' work experiences in IE or related Engineering
- Good command of office software
- Auto CAD
- Rich experience in lean improvement

Desired Qualifications
- Work experience focus on assembly process of medium size product or above, such as vacuum cleaner, printer
