Sr. Facility Support Analyst - Supply Chain

Job Summary
Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive Distribution Center Support Services priorities. Lead DCSS capital planning, financial forecasting, and project tracking to ensure budgeted plan execution, while developing vendor support agreements and managing external partnerships. Perform industry benchmarking to optimize support service portfolios, oversee contract deliverables and renewals, and develop regular reports on metrics and financial impacts. Ensure vendor compliance with existing contract terms and define aligned service levels and SLAs with the Strategic Sourcing team.
Required Qualifications

- This position is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina
- Bachelor's degree Business, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or similar field with analytical bias
- 5 Years experience across the supply chain (transportation, distribution centers, planning, inventory fulfillment)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- EAM/7i
- ServiceChannel
- Power-BI
- Info Link
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- A strategic mindset
- Capability to ensure long-term planning and DCSS capital deployment roadmaps are aligned with Supply Chain's overall strategy
