Sr. Facilities Supervisor

Lead and support the maintenance team by prioritizing work, solving problems, and keeping equipment running reliably across the New Berlin distribution center and office space. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime while overseeing repairs for critical assets like forklifts, conveyors, and building systems including HVAC and alarms. Drive continuous improvement by managing spare parts inventory, optimizing maintenance schedules, and utilizing PLC data to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and ensure full compliance with EH&S and OSHA requirements through site safety efforts. Manage the CMMS system to track work orders and equipment history.
