Sr Facilities Manager (With BO Chargeman)

Lead PT3 facilities maintenance, equipment, and building cleanliness as the key person and BO competent PIC for HT/11KV power supply per Suruhanjaya Tenaga stipulations. Manage facilities spending and overtime, implement energy-saving practices, and maintain documentation for ISO, AS9100, and legal audits. Support IE/operation on facility works, ensure compliance with DOSH/OSAHA/BOMBA/5S/PPE requirements, and participate in Lean Sigma/Kaizen projects. Train the team on respective competency areas and fulfill on-call duty for prompt response.
