Job Summary
Senior Facilities Manager with managerial oversight of multiple facilities, campuses, or a portfolio of client facilities. Leads a facilities management team, coordinates services and activities with the client, and oversees budgets, financial reporting, contracts, and vendor management. Responsible for ensuring high-quality operations, life-safety, environmental health and safety, and tenant satisfaction; develops capital budgets and five-year maintenance plans; analyzes KPI performance and drives continuous improvement across operations and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration required
- Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager
- Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management
- Experience with human resource and performance management processes
- CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred
