Sr Facilities Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the development and continuous improvement of scope, preliminary and detailed design, cost estimating, equipment selection, procurement, and construction cost control for new facility construction or existing upgrades. Provide technical leadership to construction foremen and field resources while coordinating with production, operations, HSE, land, and procurement teams to execute infrastructure plans. Drive standardization across assets, identify cost savings, and support commissioning and start-up activities. Act as key interface for regulatory and HSE compliance, lead risk assessments, and monitor project progress and KPIs. Direct engineering contractors as needed. Manage multi-discipline teams to deliver development concepts, cost ranges, and project risk analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or other related engineering discipline
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Intermediate experience with key industry codes and standards
- Experience in technical areas related to Facilities, Pipeline, Compression
- Ability to manage numerous projects
- Knowledge of oil and gas measurement processes
- Experience directing Engineering and/or Construction Contractors
- Advanced understanding of the Project process and interactions required to execute a Project
- Ability to specify appropriate equipment and material as well as evaluate alternatives
