Job Summary
Senior extrusion technician responsible for tubing extrusion operations, including extruding tubing, mixing resins and colorants, equipment setup, testing, repair, inspection, and maintenance. Applies knowledge of technical concepts to manufacturing/R&D tasks, conducts data collection and analysis, documents procedures and may contribute to SOPs and validation studies. May provide work direction to other employees, plans and prioritizes projects, and communicates with cross-functional teams. Requires strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and ability to identify issues and trends to improve quality and process efficiency. Pays attention to safety and quality in a clean-room manufacturing environment. Base pay range is $23.55–$47.15 per hour. Location: Plymouth, MN, USA. EEO considerations apply.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree (± 13 years) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- May also require a license or certification in the area of expertise.
