Job Summary
Sr Expert, Enterprise Business Care will own day-to-day needs of business customers, maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and sales for their customer base, deliver customer solutions and loyalty, manage account activity including billing, reporting, and order processing, act as project manager for customer solutions, create custom billing and usage reports, activate new accounts, and communicate with all levels of business customers and Sales teams. Requires high attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce, and the ability to adapt to varying requests across multiple large corporate accounts. Travel not required. Education: High School Diploma/GED; 2-4 years of customer service or sales experience preferred; strong problem solving, organization, and communication skills. This role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada with US work authorization.

- Less than 2 years Prior call center experience (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Project management (Preferred)
