Job Summary
Manage ticketing, reservations, and cancellations for internal customers by planning air travel itineraries and booking hotels and cabs across India and abroad. Coordinate travel arrangements and communicate timely updates to stakeholders while processing invoices for travel agents and hotels. Liaise with vendors, airlines, and travel agents to handle implants and ensure accurate billing. Deliver a seamless travel experience within a fast-paced environment requiring high energy and complete ownership. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Travel and Tourism with 1–3 years of experience.
