Sr. Executive maintenance - FMCG Industry (Onsite | Karachi |PKR Salary)

Job Summary
Oversee plant and machine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring maximum operational uptime while adhering to food safety and industry standards. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement immediate repairs. Ensure all activities comply with GMP, HACCP, and hygiene regulations. Manage spare parts inventory, maintain maintenance logs, and monitor equipment performance. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control. Requires 5+ years in FMCG manufacturing. Onsite at Korangi, Karachi, Monday-Saturday, 8 am-5 pm with rotational morning and night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- BE or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine/plant maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of root-cause troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP standards
- Strong knowledge of spare parts management
- Experience in a manufacturing/food production environment
- Must be available for Rotational (Morning & Night) shifts
- Must be available for Monday- Saturday work days
- Must be available for Onsite work mode
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Korangi, Karachi
