Job Summary
Drive revenue and program goals within the Dallas area by supervising day-to-day operations, managing a $15M+ budget, and implementing fundraising strategies to secure seven-figure gifts. Lead staff and volunteers to achieve high-performance standards while building strong pipelines and representing the organization at public events. Collaborate with the board of directors on strategic decisions and work alongside senior leadership to steer market sustainability. This office-based role in Irving, TX, requires 75% local travel and reports to the Region Senior Vice President of Development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in fundraising or outside sales, preferably with a voluntary health agency
- Experience in closing six-figure and up gifts
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience
- Expertise in mentoring and developing staff
- Ability to travel locally approximately 75%
- Requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health education, administration, business/marketing, social science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is highly preferred
