Sr. Executive Assistant

Job Summary
Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level strategic administrative support to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, evaluating meeting requests, preparing concise briefings, drafting and managing communications, coordinating executive-level meetings, tracking action items, arranging complex travel, conducting research and preparing summaries, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, handling confidential information with discretion, and initiating/improving processes for projects and workflows. The role requires independence, strong judgment, and the ability to work with the Executive Leadership Team and stakeholders; may coordinate or direct support staff and resources. Reports to Tronair HQ daily unless traveling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the CEO or C-suite level (4–7 years minimum required)
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, competing demands, and projects with minimal direction
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint); calendar and email management; experience with collaboration and task tracking tools; familiarity with AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency
