Job Summary
Monitor applications and resolve user issues for CSC Travel's digital travel platforms and booking systems. Handle ticket logging, troubleshooting, and incident tracking while coordinating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for escalations. Provide functional and technical support for React, DotNet, Java, and MySQL technologies, ensuring adherence to SLAs and smooth day-to-day operational performance. Assist in deployment support, UAT coordination, and critical incident management during service interruptions. Maintain detailed documentation and reports, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and software systems
- Knowledge of application support processes and incident management
- Familiarity with ticketing and issue tracking systems
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- BCA, MCA, Btech, or MTech in Engineering
- 2–6 years of relevant application or technical support experience
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or digital platforms in Java, DotNet, React, Kafka, Redis etc. technologies
- Familiarity with travel booking or ticketing systems
- Understanding of payment gateway or API-based systems
- Experience working in SLA-driven support environments
- Exposure to production support operations
Desired Qualifications
- Prior exposure to travel platforms or transactional systems
- Understanding of databases and troubleshooting concepts
- Candidates with exposure to the following will be considered an advantage: Ticketing & Incident Management Tools, Web & Mobile Application Platforms, APIs & Third-Party Integrations, Database Querying Tools, Monitoring & Reporting Tools, Collaboration Platforms
