Job Summary
Conduct assigned RCM activities including charge posting, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and patient statement processing while achieving daily production targets with >98% accuracy and >95% SLA adherence. Maintain quality standards by minimizing errors, assisting in audit corrections, and resolving AR clarifications through collaboration. Update task trackers to report daily status to the Team Lead and adhere to HIPAA, ISMS, and QMS compliance standards. Learn and apply PMS workflows (IMS/eCW/MicroMD) and SOPs through active participation in training and process updates. Requires proficiency in MS Office, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
