Sr. Estimator

Job Summary
The Sr. Estimator will review historical data and project specifications to determine the scope of work and estimating requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing bid documents, performing accurate quantity takeoffs, assessing labor and equipment costs, and preparing bid packages. The role requires advanced proficiency with estimating software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in construction estimating
- Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts
- Extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HCSS HeavyBid software, Primavera P6
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Design Build projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation
