Job Summary
Senior ERP Systems Analyst in Saint Charles, MO, serving as the SME for the ERP system with end-to-end support, optimization, and liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors. Responsibilities include day-to-day ERP administration, issue triage and root-cause analysis, monitoring system performance and data integrity, managing security roles, collaborating on enhancements and integrations, participating in upgrades, developing complex SQL-based data solutions, data governance and reporting, coordinating data flows between ERP and other systems, creating UAT plans, and delivering user training and documentation. Requires strong SQL and Excel skills, experience with ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Infor), ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Education includes a high school/GED with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; U.S. work authorization is required. The role emphasizes collaboration with external vendors, data quality, and ongoing optimization of ERP processes and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an ERP analyst, ERP support, ERP development, or ERP consulting role
- Experience supporting or implementing an ERP system in a production environment
- Experience managing configuration packages, web services, APIs, and other data integration touch points
- Ability to read complex SQL code, develop new SQL logic (queries, stored procedures, etc), and troubleshoot existing SQL code
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for database querying and data analysis (pivot tables, tables, lists)
- Understanding of core ERP business processes (customers, invoicing, general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, service orders, purchase orders)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking
- Flexible and adaptable to changing workflow and business needs
