Job Summary
Senior Epicor ERP Business Analyst responsible for bridging business users and technical teams across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, order management, logistics, and quality; drive standardization and optimization of Epicor usage; design, create, and maintain BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, and Data Directives; support the full Epicor lifecycle including migrations (on-premises to cloud) and non-Epicor to Epicor migrations; ensure data integrity and scalable processes; collaborate with developers on customizations and integrations; develop process documentation, training materials, and user-facing support; lead or support unit/integration/regression/UAT testing; train users and drive change management; ensure proper security roles and access controls; support Epicor Kinetic across web/cloud environments, multi-company, and multi-site use; travel up to 50% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Epicor Business Analyst, Epicor Specialist, ERP Business Analyst, or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on Epicor experience across core and advanced modules (finance, supply chain, forecasting, demand planning, MRP/MPS, AP automation, scheduling, quality, purchasing, inventory control, and order fulfillment)
- Strong SQL and BAQ development skills
- Experience building and supporting dashboards, BPMs, and Data Directives
- Able to translate business needs into Epicor solutions without over-customizing
- Experience in multi-company, multi-site, or distributed manufacturing environments
- Experience coordinating/testing/documentation/stakeholder communication
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Epicor SSRS, upgrades, cloud migration, Kinetic modernization (Nice to Have)
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL, Power BI, or Microsoft-based reporting/tools (Nice to Have)
