Job Summary
Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment, including pumps, scaffolding, and general tools. Understand customer needs, negotiate terms, and place orders while delivering satisfaction through a professional attitude. Assist with the logistics of dispatching equipment delivery and train other team members as needed. Requires a valid driver's license, at least three years of equipment rental industry experience, and strong administrative skills. Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's license
- At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience
- Strong customer service & telephone skills
- Solid computer and administrative skills
- Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process
- Bilingual (Spanish or other)
- Ability to bend

- Ability to reach
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work indoors
- Ability to work outdoors
